By registering and ordering from flavoursfromspain.co.uk you are agreeing to adhere to our terms and conditions noted below:

·          If your order is accepted by flavoursfromspain.co.uk a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during the ordering process.

·          You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of ordering and purchasing goods or entering auctions are correct, that the debit or credit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of product or bid you are ordering.

·          Once payment is received and processed your product will be delivered via post or email (in the case of e-recipes). 

·          Regarding items posted, please allow up to 10 working days from date of receipt of dispatch email for your product(s) to arrive.

·          Electronic items will be emailed as soon as payment is confirmed. They will be delivered to the email address you state when ordering and will arrive in PDF format ready for printing. At no point are you authorised to edit, change or sell on any of the e-recipes that you purchase from flavoursfromspain.co.uk.

·          Flavoursfromspain.co.uk is entitled to refuse any order placed by you for whatever reason seen fit.

·          If there is a problem or fault with the product we will rectify and/or replace, on notification and return of the faulty product. 

·          Replacement and/or refunds are not available if the product is damaged or becomes faulty as a result of misuse, mishandling or the actions of any party other than flavoursfromspain.co.uk or our staff.  Please Note: Postal insurance against damage is offered with every order and it is advised that customers use it.
